Terms and Conditions – YSR Holidays

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are subject to availability. A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

2. Payment Policy
   Customers must pay the required advance amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour.

3. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company policy.

4. Changes in Itinerary
   YSR Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents
   Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, tickets, and other necessary travel documents during the trip.

6. Liability
   YSR Holidays will not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

7. Hotel & Transport
   Hotels and transport services will be provided as per the package details. Similar category hotels may be arranged in case of unavailability.

8. Guest Responsibility
   Guests must follow local laws, hotel rules, and travel guidelines during the tour.

9. Force Majeure
   In case of events like natural calamities, strikes, or political disturbances, YSR Holidays reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip.

10. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking a tour with YSR Holidays, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
